Fergus has nearly 40 years of wide-ranging international experience within the Real Estate and Finance sector, including a focus on the African continent over the last 17 years. He has a deep knowledge of international markets and has been involved in both equity and debt funding to some of the most high-profile real estate projects in Nigeria over that time. He joined Actis as a Senior Advisor in 2018 and has served as on the Investment Committee of Grene Capital’s real estate fund since inception.

Fergus qualified as a chartered surveyor with the Royal  Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economy from the University of  Aberdeen.
