Temitope Ikiseh serves as Head of Compliance at Grene Capital, where she leads efforts to ensure full adherence to all regulatory obligations. She is responsible for standardizing compliance policies and processes while fostering a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

Prior to joining Grene Capital, Temitope was with Actis, where she managed compliance matters for the Nigerian Real Estate Income Fund. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience, she has deep expertise in financial management, taxation, capital markets compliance, and regulatory requirements for private equity investments. Her sector experience spans real estate, finance, asset management, construction, and automobile. Temitope excels at driving full regulatory and financial compliance — mastering GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and capital markets regulations — while delivering robust internal controls, rigorous financial due diligence, and transformative accounting system enhancements across organizations.

Temitope is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. She has a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance with the International Compliance Association (ICA), a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Lagos State University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lagos Business School
